MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cabbage Sausage Supper
Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Potatoes, Greens
     Yield: 12 servings

     2 lb Smoked sausage; halved, in
          - 3/4" slices
     1 lg Onion; in 1/8ths
     1 md Head cabbage; chopped
   1/2 c  Water
     1 lb Carrots; in 1/2" slices
     5 md Potatoes; peeled, in 3/4"
          - dice

 In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, cook sausage and onion
 over medium heat until sausage is lightly browned and
 onion is tender; drain. Add the cabbage and water. Cover
 and cook on low for 10 minutes. Stir in the carrots and
 potatoes. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the
 vegetables are tender.
