     Title: Tangy Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Categories: Fruits, Sausage, Vegetables, Rice
     Yield: 6 Servings

    20 oz Can pineapple chunks
   1/3 c  Water
     3 tb Vinegar
     1 tb Soy sauce
   1/2 c  Brown sugar; packed
     3 tb Corn starch
    30    Frozen, fully cooked,
          - Italian meatballs
     1 lg Bell pepper; in 1" pieces
          Cooked rice; hot

 Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to juice if needed to
 measure 1 cup; pour liquid into a large skillet. Add 1/3 cup water,
 vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and corn starch; stir mixture
 until smooth.

 Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add the
 pineapple, meatballs, and green pepper.

 Simmer, uncovered, until heated through, about 20 minutes. Serve
 with rice.
