Title: Cheesy Sausage Potatoes

3 lb Potatoes; peeled, in 1/4"
- slices
1 lb Pork sausage
1 md Onion; chopped
1/4 c Butter; melted
2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a
boil. Reduce the heat; simmer, uncovered, until tender, 8 to
10 minutes. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into a large skillet; add
onion. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain if
necessary.
Drain potatoes; arrange in an ungreased 13x9" baking dish. Drizzle
with melted butter. Add the sausage mixture and stir gently.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C until cheese is melted, 5 to
7 minutes.
