                            Yangtze Chicken

  2      lb            Chicken breasts --
                       - boneless, skinless,
                       - cut in 2" cubes
  1                    Pineapple -- cut in 2" chunks
                       Marinade:
    1/2  c             Soy sauce
    3/4  c             Ketchup
  1      c             Dry white wine
  1      c             Orange marmalade
  4      tb            Honey
 16                    Skewers

Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to
coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Alternate chicken
and pineapple pieces on skewers. Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or
to desired doneness.
