MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Sputnik
Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Wine, Cheese
     Yield: 4 servings

     2 lg Chicken thighs
          Salt & pepper
   1/4 c  A-P flour
     1 tb Butter
     1 c  sliced onion
     3 md Potatoes
   1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
     1 tb Paprika
   120 mL Red wine
   1/2 c  Chicken broth


 Coat the chicken in flour and season with salt and
 pepper.

 Saute the chicken on medium-low in melted butter until
 golden.

 Layer the onions and potatoes on top of the chicken.
 Sprinkle with paprika and S&P and cover in Parmesan
 cheese.

 Add the wine and chicken broth. Cover and let simmer
 for 2 hours. Remember to stir it often.

 Number of Servings: 4 (you're kidding, right? UDD)
