                             Chicken Curry

  2                    Chickens
  1      c             Yogurt
  2      tb            Coriander
  2      tb            Turmeric
  2      ts            Cumin
  8                    Chiles
  1      ts            Fenugreek seed
  1      cl            Garlic
  1                    Onion -- chopped
  1                    Ginger piece -- minced

Mix it all together and marinate overnight. Braise in liquid until
tender. Or drain and roast in oven.
