3/4 c Thick & chunky salsa
1/3 c Honey
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c GREY POUPON dijon mustard
6 Chicken drumsticks
In small bowl, blend salsa, honey, soy sauce, and mustard. In
nonmetal dish, pour salsa mixture over chicken. Cover; chill at
least 2 hours or overnight. Line 15x10x1" pan with foil; arrange
chicken in pan in single layer. Pour salsa mixture over chicken.
Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until done, basting after
20 minutes.
