4 Chicken legs or thighs
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Basil
1 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Mushroom Gravy:
1 c Water
1 tb Corn starch
10 1/2 oz Can mushroom gravy
4 oz Can sliced mushrooms -- drain
1 ts Onion -- minced
1 tb Parsley
1 ts Garlic powder
Place chicken in a roasting pan. In small bowl, comnbine lemon
juice, oil & seasonings. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 F for
45 minutes or until lightly browned. Turm chicken twice & baste
occasionly. Remove from oven. For the gravy, combine water & corn
starch in pan. Stir in remaining ingredients & bring to boil over
medium heat. Spoon over chicken. Cover loosely with foil. Bake,
basting frequently for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
