     Title: Crispy Corny Baked Chicken

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 lb Chicken fryer; up to 3 lb,
          - cut up, skin & fat removed
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper
     1 c  Skim milk
     1 c  Cornflake crumbs
     2 cl Garlic; minced

 Preheat oven to 400 F. Season chicken with salt, pepper & garlic.
 Dip into milk & roll in cornflake crumbs. Place in lightly pam
 sprayed baking dish being careful that the pieces do not touch.
 Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
