     Title: Caesar Chicken

     Yield: 6 Servings

     6    Chicken breast halves
          - (6 oz ea); boned, skinned
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Garlic powder
     1 c  Creamy Caesar salad
          - dressing
   1/2 c  Sour cream
     1 c  Caesar salad croutons;
          - crushed
   1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
     3 tb Butter; melted
          Fresh parsley; chopped

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Pat chicken dry sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 Place chicken in a greased 13x9" baking dish. In a small bowl,
 combine salad dressing and sour cream; spread over chicken.

 In a small bowl, combine crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese, and
 melted butter; sprinkle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, until a
 thermometer reads 165 F, 45 to 55 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
