MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tex-Mex Chicken Strips
Categories: Poultry, Breads, Cheese, Chilies, Herbs
     Yield: 4 Servings

   1/2 c  Corn chips; finely crushed
   1/4 c  Panko bread crumbs
   1/4 c  Dry bread crumbs
   1/4 c  Fine shredded Mexican cheese
          - blend
     5 ts Taco seasoning
     1 ds Cayenne pepper
   1/4 c  Butter; melted
     1 lb Chicken tenderloins

 Set oven @ 400 F.

 In a shallow bowl mix the first 6 ingredients. Place butter in a
 separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumb
 mixture to coat; press to adhere. Place chicken in a foil-lined
 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake about 15 minutes, turning halfway through
 the cooking time.
