MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cheesy Onion Chicken Skillet

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Chicken; boned, skinned,
          - diced
     2 ts Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
          - seasoning blend
     2 tb Olive oil; divided
     1 md Bell pepper; in strips
   1/2 md Onion; sliced
     1 c  Colby-Monterey Jack cheese;
          - shredded

 Toss chicken with seasoning blend. In a large nonstick skillet,
 heat 1 tb oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5
 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan. In same pan,
 add remaining oil, pepper, and onion; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes
 or until crisp-tender.

 Stir in chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat; let stand,
 covered, until cheese is melted.
