     Title: Shredded Buffalo Chicken With Ranch
Categories: Five, Poultry, Sauces
     Yield: 4 Servings

   1/2 c  Buffalo wing sauce
     2 tb Ranch salad dressing mix
     4    Chicken breast halves
          - (6 oz ea); boned, skinned

MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONS-------------------------------
          Celery ribs
          Crusty sandwich buns
          Blue cheese; crumbled
          Additional wing sauce
          Ranch salad dressing

 In a 3 qt slow cooker, mix wing sauce and dressing mix. Add
 chicken. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, 3 to
 4 hours.

 Shred chicken with 2 forks. If desired, serve on celery or buns,
 top with blue cheese and additional wing sauce, and serve with
 ranch dressing.
