MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Baked Orange Chicken

     Yield: 2 Servings

   1/2 c  Orange juice
     1 tb Reduced-sodium soy sauce
     2    Chicken breast halves
          - (4 oz ea); boneless, skinless
     2 tb Orange marmalade

 In a small bowl, combine orange juice and soy sauce. Pour 1/4 cup
 marinade into a shallow dish; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover
 and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate remaining
 marinade.

 Drain and discard marinade. Place chicken and reserved marinade in
 an 8" square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon marmalade
 over chicken. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C for 25 to 30 minutes
 or until chicken juices run clear.
