MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Honey Hoisin Chicken & Potatoes

     Yield: 4 Servings

     4 md Yukon Gold potatoes;
          - in 1" pieces
     1 lg Onion; in 1" pieces
   1/2 c  Hoisin sauce
     3 tb Honey
   1/2 ts Salt; divided
   1/2 ts Pepper; divided
     4    Bone-in chicken thighs
          - (1-1/2 lb)

 Set oven @ 400 F/205 C.

 Place potatoes and onion in a greased 13x9" baking pan. In a small
 bowl, mix hoisin, honey, 1/4 ts salt, and 1/4 ts pepper; add to
 potato mixture and toss to coat.

 Place chicken over vegetables; sprinkle with remaining salt and
 pepper. Roast 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender,
 basting occasionally with pan juices.
