     Title: Crispy Sour Cream & Onion Chicken

     Yield: 4 Servings

     4    Boned, skinned chicken
          - breast halves; pounded 1/8"
          - thick
   1/2 c  Sour cream or Greek yoghurt
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     1 tb Onion powder
          Salt & pepper
   1/3 c  Chives; thin sliced
     2 c  Panko bread crumbs
     1    Lemon; in wedges

 Set oven @ 400 F/205 C.

 Defrost boned, skinned chicken portions. In one bowl, mix together
 sour cream, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and onion powder. In a
 second bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and chopped green onions.
 Once the chicken is defrosted, coat each piece of chicken with the
 sour cream mixture followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure
 that each piece of chicken is fully coated in breadcrumbs. Bake on
 a baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes.
