     Title: Fast Chicken Divan With Mayo

     Yield: 6 servings

     8 c  Frozen broccoli florets or
          - chopped broccoli
21 1/2 oz Cream of chicken soup
          - (2 cans); undiluted
     1 c  Mayonnaise
     1 ts Lemon juice
     3 c  Chicken; cooked, cubed
     1 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese;
          - shredded
   3/4 c  Dry bread crumbs
     3 tb Butter; melted
     1 tb Pimientos; sliced (optional)

 Set oven @ 325 F/165 C.

 In a large saucepan, cook broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute;
 drain. Set aside.

 In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; add
 broccoli and chicken. Gently stir to combine; transfer to a greased
 11x7" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and
 butter; sprinkle over the top.

 Bake, uncovered, until bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
 Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. If desired, garnish with
 pimientos.
