MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Lemon Chicken Bake

     Yield: 4 servings

     3 tb Butter; melted
     2 tb Lemon juice
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/2 c  Seasoned bread crumbs
     4    Chicken breast halves
          - (6 oz ea); boned, skinned

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a shallow dish, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and
 pepper. Place bread crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip chicken
 into butter mixture, then into crumbs.

 Place in a greased 13x9" baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter
 mixture. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes.
