     Title: Chicken With Cherry Tomatoes & Ginger
Categories: Poultry, Vegetables
     Yield: 3 Servings

     2 tb Oil
     2    Chicken breasts; skinned,
          - boned, cut in cubes
     1    Fresh ginger piece (1");
          - chopped or grated
     2 cl Garlic
     1 pt Cherry tomatoes (15)
   1/4 c  Water
     1 c  Frozen peas; still frozen
          Salt & pepper

 Heat a fry pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. Add the chicken,
 ginger and garlic to the fry pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until
 the chicken starts to change colour.

 Add the cherry tomatoes, water, and peas. Cover and cook for
 another 4 minutes, or until the peas are done.

 Season with salt & pepper and serve.
