MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spicy Apricot-Glazed Chicken
Categories: Five, Fruits, Poultry, Chilies
     Yield: 4 servings

   1/3 c  Apricot preserves
   1/4 c  Chilli sauce
     1 tb Hot mustard
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper
     4    Chicken thighs or breast halves
          - (4 oz ea); boned, skinned

 Heat broiler. In a small saucepan, combine the first 5
 ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until heated
 through.

 Place chicken in a 15x10x1" baking pan coated with
 cooking spray. Broil 3 to 4", 6-8 minutes on each side.
 Brush occasionally with preserves mixture during the
 last 5 minutes of cooking.
