MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Catalina Chicken
Categories: Five, Poultry, Vegetables, Fruits
     Yield: 2 servings

     2    Boned, skinned chicken
          - breast halves (5 oz ea)
     2 ts Oil
   1/4 c  Catalina salad dressing
 4 1/2 ts Onion soup mix
     1 tb Grape jelly
          Fresh parsley; minced
          - (optional)

 In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil. Transfer to a
 shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine the salad
 dressing, soup mix and jelly; pour over chicken.

 Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C for 25-30 minutes or until a
 thermometer reads 170 F.
