In a wok, heat 1-1/2 tb olive oil over High heat until hot, swirling
to coat sides of pan. Add chicken and stir-fry until meat is white
throughout, but still juicy, about 3 minutes. Remove to plate. In
same wok, heat remaining 1-1/2 tb oil over Medium-High heat. Add
broccoli and stir fry until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and
cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add sun-dried tomatoes,
hot sauce and pepper. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Serve hot.
