MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Newlywed Chicken (Broiled Chicken & Artichokes)

     Yield: 8 Servings

     2 lb Boned, skinned chicken
          - thighs (8)
    15 oz Marinated, quartered
          - artichoke hearts (2 jars);
          - drained
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; shredded
     2 tb Fresh parsley; minced

 Heat broiler. In a large bowl, toss chicken and artichokes with
 oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a broiler pan.

 Broil 3" from heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning chicken and artichokes
 halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes
 longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
