MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Baked Chicken Tenders

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lg Egg
     1 tb Prepared mustard
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   3/4 c  Dry bread crumbs
     2 ts Dried basil
     1 ts Paprika
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     1 lb Chicken tenderloins

 Set oven @ 400 F/205 C.

 In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg substitute, mustard and
 garlic. In another shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs with seasonings.
 Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

 Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until
 golden brown and chicken is no longer pink, 10 to 15 minutes.
