MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

     Title: Spicy Hot Caribbean Chicken Marinade
Categories: Polkadot, Lisa, Chicken, Caribbean
     Yield: 1 Servings

     4    Green onions
     2    Jalapenos  (seeded)
   1/3 c  Lemon juice
   1/4 c  Honey
     2 tb Veg oil
     2 tb Fresh thyme leaves OR
     2 ts Dried thyme leaves
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Ground allspice
   1/4 ts Nutmeg
     6    Boneless, skinless chicken
          -breasts

 Place all ingredients except chicken in food processor or blender and
 blend till smooth.

 Pour over chicken and marinade for 2-6 hours.  No longer than 6 hours.

 Grill chicken and brush with marinade.

 Note: I used serranos chilies instead of jalapenos.
