Combine all ingredients, except chicken; let stand 10 minutes. Place
chicken and sauce in large plastic bag; press air out and close
securely. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning over occasionally.
Remove chicken; reserve marinade. Place on grill 6-8 inches from hot
coals. Cook about 20 minutes on each side; baste with reserved marinade
during last 15 minutes of cooking time.
