3 lb Chicken
1 Can tomatoes
1/2 c Parsley -- minced
1 ts Basil
1 ts Salt
10 ml Garlic -- minced
1/4 ts Pepper
Brown chicken in oil and remove from pan; slice an onion and cook in
drippings until soft. Then add the above listed ingredients to the
pan. Put chicken back in pan and let it simmer for about 40 minutes
uncovered, turning the chicken once in a while.
