2 Pkg artichokes
10 Chicken cutlets --
- boneless & skinned
3 tb Oil
2 c Cream of chicken soup
1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 c Cheese -- shredded
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 tb Butter -- melted
Cook artichokes according to package directions, drain. Arrange in
greased baking dish. Brown chicken in oil. Place chicken on top of
artichokes. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over
all. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
