1 large can La Victoria Enchilada sauce 1 Pkg corn or
small flour tortillas Chicken breast, cut in small
pieces Jack cheese, grated Cheddar cheese, grated
Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with Pam. Place small
amount of sauce in pan. Heat corn tortillas in
microwave to soften. Fill tortillas with chicken,
cheese or both. Fold over and place in pan, seam side
down. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with
cheese(s). Bake for 45 minutes at 350 .
