4 lb Pork back ribs
2 tb Paprika
2 ts Salt
2 ts Onion powder
2 ts Garlic powder
2 ts Red pepper
1 1/2 ts White pepper
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 ts Dried thyme leaves
1 ts Oregano
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Combine seasonings together well
and rub on all surfaces of ribs. Place ribs on covered grill over
indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 minutes, for 1-1/2 hours.
