      Pan Roasted Pork Loins with Onions, Bell Peppers & Crema

 15      oz            Cacique Brand Crema Centroamericana
 36      oz            Pork loins (6)
  2                    Onions -- thinly sliced
  4                    Bell peppers -- thinly sliced
                       Marinade:
  6      ts            Chili powder
  4      ts            Garlic powder
  3      tb            Onion powder
  1      tb            Cumin
  1      tb            Oregano
  2      tb            Sugar
  1      tb            Fresh ground black pepper

Marinade:

Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container. Dry rub
meat with spice mixture.

Marinate meat overnight. Sear and roast in a 350 F oven for 15
minutes and place on a serving platter. Saute onions and peppers and
spoon over meat. Decorate with spoonful of Crema Centroamericana.
