MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

     Title: Five Fragrant Spice Pork
Categories: Polkadot, Lisa, Pork, Chinese, Quick/easy
     Yield: 4 Servings

   1/2 lb Lean pork
     2 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Sherry
     1 ts Sugar
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Chinese five-spice powder
     1 ts Corn starch
     3 tb Vegetable oil

 Preparation time: 10 minutes
 Marinate: 10 minutes
 Cook time: 3 to 4 minutes

 Cut pork into 2x1" strips. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with
 soy sauce, sherry, sugar, salt, five-spice pwder, and corn starch
 until evenly coated. Let stand 10 minutes.

 In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking. Add pork and
 stir-fry until done, about 3 or 4 minutes.

 Neil brought home some leftover hot & sour soup, and some crispy
 chinese noodles on Friday, so last night, I whipped up this, and some
 rice to go with everything. It was quite good, and also very simple.
