     Title: Asian Meatballs

     Yield: 36 Meatballs

     1 lb Ground beef
     1 lb Ground pork
   1/2 c  Panko bread crumbs
     2 lg Eggs
     1 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Fresh ginger; minced
     2 ts Garlic; minced
     2 ts Sesame oil
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes

     2 ts Sesame oil
     1 ts Fresh ginger; minced
     1 ts Garlic; minced
     4 tb Hoisin sauce
     4 tb Honey
     4 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Rice vinegar

MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONS-------------------------------
          Sesame seeds
          Green onions; thin sliced

 Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.

 Fit a rimmed baking sheet with a wire rack; coat with cooking spray.

 In a large bowl, combine meatball ingredients. Roll into 2" balls;
 line on prepared wire rack. Bake until cooked through, 15 to
 20 minutes.

 Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-low. Add
 ginger and garlic; cook until fragrant, 30 to 60 seconds. Add
 hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; bring to a
 simmer. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring
 frequently.

 Add cooked meatballs to the skillet; toss to coat. Garnish with
 sesame seeds and green onion.
