MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pork & Sauerkraut

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 lb Bone-in country-style pork
          - ribs
     1 md Onion; chopped
     1 tb Oil
    14 oz Can sauerkraut; undrained
     1 c  Unsweetened applesauce
     2 tb Brown sugar
     2 ts Caraway seeds
     1 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Pepper

 In a Dutch oven, cook ribs and onion in oil until ribs are browned
 and onion is tender. Remove from the heat. Combine remaining
 ingredients and pour over ribs.

 Cover and bake @ 350 F/175 C until ribs are tender, 1-1/2 to
 2 hours.
