     1 ts Salt
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     2    Fresh thyme sprigs -OR-
   1/4 ts Dried thyme
   1/4 ts Ground ginger
   1/4 ts Pepper
     5 lb Boneless pork loin roast

     1 c  Orange juice
   1/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
     1 tb Dijon mustard
   1/3 c  Water; cold

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Combine the first 5 ingredients; rub over roast. Place fat side up

 Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine orange juice,
 brown sugar, and mustard. In a small bowl, mix water and corn
 starch until smooth. Add to orange juice mixture. Bring to a boil;
 cook and stir 2 minutes. Reserve 1 cup glaze for serving; brush
 half of remaining glaze over roast.

 Bake 20 to 40 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with remaining

 serve with roast.
