MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Lemon-Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Herbs, Citrus
     Yield: 8 servings

     1 md Onion; fine chopped
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 tb Lemon juice
     1 ts Fresh rosemary; minced -OR-
   1/4 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
     1 ts Fresh thyme; minced -OR-
   1/4 ts Dried thyme
     1 ts Lemon zest; grated
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     2    Pork tenderloins (1 lb ea)

 In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; rub over
 tenderloins. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

 Bake, uncovered, @ 400 F/205 C, 25-35 minutes. Cover with foil; let
 stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
