MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Ranch Pork Roast
Categories: Five, Pork, Vegetables
     Yield: 8 servings

 2 1/2 lb Boneless pork loin roast
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 tb Ranch salad dressing mix
     2 ts Dijon mustard
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 If desired, tie pork with kitchen string at 2" intervals to help
 roast hold its shape. Combine the next 5 ingredients; rub over
 roast. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Pour 1 cup water
 into pan.

 Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 145 F, 50-55 minutes.
 Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
