     Title: Vegetable Ham Hash
Categories: Soups/stews
     Yield: 4 servings

     1 tb Oil
     2 c  Diced ham
     2 tb Minced onion
     1 sm Package frozen mixed veggies
     1 c  Diced frozen hasb browned
          -- potatoes

 Heat oil; brown ham and onion in heavy skillet.  Add 1/2 cup boiling
 water and vegetables; cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer
 until vegetables are just tender, about 6 to 10 minutes. Do not
 overcook vegetables.
