     Title: Spiral Ham
Categories: Five, Pork, Vegetables
     Yield: 15 Servings

     2 tb Butter
     1 lg Onion; sliced
     9 lb Fully cooked spiral ham
 1 1/2 c  Chicken broth
     1 c  Red wine or additional
          - chicken broth

 Set oven @ 325 F/165 C.

 In a small skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion
 and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a roasting pan;
 place ham on top. Pour the broth and red wine over ham.

 Bake, uncovered, until ham is heated through, 2 to 3 hours.
