     Title: Country Ham & Potatoes

     Yield: 6 Servings

     2 lb Fully cooked sliced ham
          - (1/2" thick)
     3 tb Butter
 1 1/2 lb Potatoes; peeled, quartered,
          - cooked
          Fresh parsley; snipped

 In a large heavy skillet, brown ham over medium-high heat in butter
 on both sides until heated through. Move ham to 1 side of the
 skillet; brown potatoes in drippings until tender. Sprinkle
 potatoes with parsley.
