     Title: Asparagus Ham Dinner

     Yield: 6 servings

     2 c  Uncooked rotini pasta
   3/4 lb Fresh asparagus; in 1"
          - pieces
     1 md Yellow bell pepper;
          - julienned
     1 tb Olive oil
     6 md Tomatoes; diced
     6 oz Boneless fully cooked ham;
          - diced
   1/4 c  Fresh parsley; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Dried oregano
   1/2 ts Dried basil
   1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
   1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; shredded

 Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large
 cast-iron or other heavy skillet, saute asparagus, and yellow
 pepper in oil until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes and ham; heat
 through. Drain pasta; add to mixture. Stir in parsley and
 seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese.
