MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Baked Ham With Brown Sugar Glaze
Categories: Five, Pork
     Yield: 14 servings

     6 lb Fully cooked bone-in ham
     1 c  Brown sugar; packed
     2 ts Prepared mustard
     1 tb Cider vinegar; up to 2 tb

 Set oven @ 325 F/165 C.

 Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Using a
 sharp knife, score surface of ham with 1/4"-deep cuts
 in a diamond pattern. Cover and bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the brown sugar,
 mustard and enough vinegar to make a thick paste. Remove
 ham from oven. Spread sugar mixture over ham. Bake,
 uncovered, until a thermometer reads 140 F, 15-30 minutes
 longer.
