MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Baked Ham w/Mustard Sauce
Categories: Five, Pork, Sauces
     Yield: 9 Servings

     7 lb Fully cooked bone-in ham
     1 c  Brown sugar
   1/4 c  Dijon mustard or other
     2 tb Cider vinegar
          Grandma Hitchcock's Mustard
          - Sauce; recipe follows

 Place ham on rack, fat side up in roasting pan. Insert
 meat thermometer, not by bone.

 Bake uncovered, @ 325 F/160 C, 18-20 minutes per lb.

 30 minutes before ham is done, remove from oven. Score in
 a cross-cross fashion, 1/8" and 1" apart. Glaze ham.
 Bake an additional 30 minutes.

 Delicious.
