                         Sweet 'N Sour Ham Loaf

    1/2  C             Brown Sugar
  2      Tbsp          Prepared Mustard
    1/4  C             Vinegar
  1 1/2  Lb            Ham -- ground
    1/2  Lb            Fresh Ground Pork
    1/2  C             Cracker Crumbs
                       Dash Of Pepper
  2                    Eggs -- slightly beaten
    1/2  C             Milk

Blend brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; set aside.  Combine remaining
ingredients.  Add half of brown sugar mixture; mix well.  Shape into a
loaf in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.  Pour remaining brown sugar
mixture over loaf.  Bake at 350  for 1 1/4 hours.

Serves 6 to 8
