     Title: Gingered Ham Slice

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1    Fully cooked center cut ham
          -slice, about 1" thick
   1/2 c  Ginger ale
   1/2 c  Orange juice
   1/4 c  Brown sugar
     1 tb Vegetable oil
 1 1/2 ts Wine vinegar
     1 ts Dry mustard
   1/4 ts Ground ginger
   1/8 ts Ground cloves

 Slash fat edge of ham.  Whisk briskly the ginger ale,
 orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger,
 mustard and cloves.  Pour over ham in a shallow dish.
 Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.
 Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill
 over medium coals, or broil about 5 inches from the
 heat for about 15 minutes on each side, brushing
 frequently with marinade.

 Per serving: 276 cal; 26g pro, 13g carb, 13g fat(42%)
