1/2 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Sage
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
5 lb Pork shoulder or fresh picnic --
- or other pork roast
In small bowl, mix all spices. Rub on surface of 5 lb pork roast.
Roast on rack in shallow pan to 185 F on meat thermometer for 3-1/2
to 4 hours at 325 F. Can make gravy from pan drippings.
