6 ea Pork chops
1 tb Olive oil
4 ea Tomato, chopped
2 ea Garlic cloves,minced
1 ea Green pepper, chopped
1 ts Basil
1/2 c Olives, black
Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chops until
light brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper and basil.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turn chops once. Add
olives and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
