                       Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

  6                    pork chops
 20      ounces        pineapple chunks in juice
  2      tablespoons   cornstarch
    1/2  cup           brown sugar
    1/2  cup           Ott's dressing
  1      tablespoon    vinegar
  4                    carrots -- sliced

Brown pork chops in large skillet; remove and set aside. Mix pineapple juice
and cornstarch. Add brown sugar, Ott's, and vinegar. Pour into skillet and
bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce to low heat;
add chops, pineapple, and carrots. Cover. Cook 45 minutes.
