1 sm Can sauerkraut
4 Thick cut pork chops
1 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole dish. Top with pork chops.
Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1
hour. Remove cover, bake additional 20 minutes or until pork chops
brown.
