     Title: Pork Chops With Apples & Stuffing
Categories: Five, Pork, Fruits, Breads
     Yield: 6 Servings

     6    Boneless pork loin chops
          - (6 oz ea)
     1 tb Oil
     6 oz Box crushed stuffing mix
    21 oz Can apple pie filling
          - with cinnamon
          Fresh parsley; minced
          - (optional)

 In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat.
 Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spread
 pie filling into a greased 13x9" baking dish. Place the pork chops
 on top; spoon stuffing over chops.

 Cover and bake @ 350 F/175 C for 35 minutes. Uncover; bake until a
 thermometer inserted in pork reads 145 F, about 10 minutes longer.
 If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
